[Offtopic] Media Stuff

Hi All,

I am teaching a subject at our school this year called digital media. We basically do video editing and all that sort of stuff. I've fumbled my way through the elective (I got it because I've got a computer science degree and know how to use computers...not sure where the elective where we cut movies up was!!!!).

Does anyone know of any stores where I can get some camera gear from. I was after a nice big boom mike, clapper boards and other bits and pieces like that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
