Given that the IBM option only gives you 512MB RAM, a macbook with 1GB
is definitely an advantage even if you wipe OSX from it. And it's
smaller, lighter, and sexier. Even the lack of second mouse button is
offset by the two-finger-tap feature. And if you keep a common data
partition (in, urgh, FAT format), 80GB HD shouldn't be too bad,
really. Also, the dual-core CPU (also in the R60) should make VMs run
much happier.
