Hi there,
For anything Microsoft that does not have 'automatic
updates' switched on, this Sunday east-coast computers
won't know daylight saving has been extended one week.
If it worries you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912475
(PROBLEM)
Microsoft products do not reflect Australian daylight saving time changes
for the year 2006
SYMPTOMS
The Commonwealth Games are scheduled to be held in Melbourne, Australia
during March 2006. Several Australian states have changed the date on which
daylight saving time changes to standard time. These states are New South
Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, and
Tasmania. In these states, daylight saving time changes to standard time on
the first Sunday of April 2006. ..
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has created an update .. the update modifies the existing time
zones in the registry to reflect the new 2006 daylight saving time
transition dates for each affected time zone. Customers who have Automatic
Updates enabled and who have their computers set to one of the affected time
zones do not have to take any additional action.
Download the appropriate package ... (choice according to operating system)

Cheers all ..
