Subject: [Offtopic] Arab & Muslim cross-cultural understanding
Hi all,
In terms of world understanding this award winning Muslim website, and
magazine, would certainly seem to be fulfilling a long-held charter. Their
current online issue includes many interactive panoramas (2.5Mb) of the
astonishingly beautiful early Muslim architecture which is, 'The Alhambra',
in Spain.
Also, don't forget to scroll down this page :-) as well ..
http://www.saudiaramcoworld.com
"Saudi Aramco, the oil company born as an international enterprise 75 years
ago, distributes 'Saudi Aramco World' to increase cross-cultural
understanding. The bimonthly magazine's goal is to broaden knowledge of the
cultures, history and geography of the Arab and Muslim worlds and their
connections with the West. Saudi Aramco World is distributed without charge,
upon request, to interested readers worldwide."
Thanks Shaumus
