[Moodle] Interesting Ultranet News

[Matthew Forster]

I was involved in reviewing this year's Annual Implementation Plan last
night when we told that the Government would not fund any further
development in the Ultranet and that it is probable that it will no longer
be obligatory for Government schools to have an Ultranet component in their
AIP.
