[Moodle] moodle 1.9.8 and above no restore

[lug limbe]

i just install moodle 1.9.weekly on ubuntu 10.04 and i recieve following
mistake when i want to restore a course

Course restore: backup-it-typing-20100126-1535.zip

    * Checking user data
      Some problems were detected when checking user data (Trying to restore
user 'admin' from backup file will cause conflict)

      An error has occurred and the restore could not be completed!

any idea?
