[Moodle] ICT in Education Victoria - Call for Papers Still Open

Matthew,

Do I detect a hint of sarcasm here? The prins who attended Ultranet
training in this area last week reported problems on both days and some
don't feel it's ready for pushing out to students and parents yet.
Meanwhile I have a tech going round all my schools doing an Ultranet
readiness test where things like a lack of Windows 7 or untidy wiring
cabinets seem to rate quite highly as points of failure!

And Roland, there's enough drama in ICT without embedding it J

Hi Roland,

I'm hoping to upgrade the school's moodle to 2.0 on Monday. Having just
had the final Ultranet Leader training session yesterday it has
increased the imperative to have a fully functioning LMS/VLE digital
learning platform for next year.

Thanks for the reminder, I just put in a workshop about embedding drama
into ICT, similar to what I ran at the VITTA conference. Say, is anybody
doing anything about Moodle 2.0 or Google Apps? I am also keen to learn
more about the SCORM packages that Kevork raised a couple of weeks ago.

Hi all,

ICT in Education Victoria's State conference takes place on 21 May 2011.

Have you got a story or strategy to share on the use of ICT in the
classroom, around the school, or for your own professional learning?

Please submit your idea for a session at the state conference.
Or perhaps you could encourage a colleague to do so?

It's easy. It's online!

For details see:

Or jump straight to the submission form:

cheers
