[Moodle] SCORM quiz loaded and working using a flash

Hi Folks,

  It gets better .
I was at the IWB conference late last week and a session was organised by RM solutions where a solution called "fuse" was demonstrated ( no issues with FUSE apparently as they - RM - used the name first  ).
 This tool allows for an easy drag and drop GUI to create a flash quiz which has a number of templates such as link question to answer by dragging a link line to , fill in missing word, the regular drag and drop, sound, video etc etc. randomization, and the ability to progress through a number of screens in "Adaptive" mode meaning you can require students to take individual pathways through the learning and assessment where screens are repeated for example if students score below 30%.
The final score is then hooked into the Gradebook of any SCORM ( 1.2 or 2004 ) compliant CMS.
The big benefit here was the seamlessness of creating the content. No scripting needed unlike doing it from scratch in Flash with Actionscript.
Also the conversion to SCORM was a single menu item instead of the painful multi steps with some other software.

As an aside there is a Dreamweaver “extension” that is available to create and package SCORM materials. I found it on the Adobe site

Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-learning>. It defines communications between client side content and a host system called the run-time environment, which is commonly supported by a learning management system<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learning_management_system>. Briefly, I got a hold of a Flash Quiz, packaged it to be SCORM compliant using a program called Reload editor (http://www.dijexi.com/2009/07/creating-scorm-1-2-package-using-reload-editor/ ), loaded it into  Moodle, tested it and viola , the Gradebook reflects the exact score achieved with the Flash Quiz in the moodle course.

Has anyone else dabbled in SCORM or attempted to make content SCORM compliant ?
While I am there, am I correct in assuming the Ultranet is fully SCORM compliant ?
