[Moodle] Forms and templates in moodle

Another idea if the form is a survey type tool is to just use GoogleDocs.
There are some cool features that are very easy to use with the data
automatically compiled into a spreasheet for the administrator. The link to
the survey can be easily embedded into Moodle.
