[Moodle] Moodle and Multi campus

What is the bandwidth and latency like between the three schools? One Moodle
server is a good start, I wonder if there is merit in running one on each
campus .. there is a cute way of linking the servers .. perhaps somebody
could refresh my memory.

If you build and run a virtualised Moodle server, it is a cinch to copy this
onto different servers and run. This is rather like how Google runs their
huge file server set-up over thousands of computers across the world.
