[Moodle] time allowance

Time allowance?

Setting up is not hard but does take time- getting all the files you  
want on there is time consuming, depending on what you do.

Once it is up and going, it is fairly self running.  Time is needed  
to add/update files and courses.  Once you start you will find lots  
more you want to do on it.
