[Moodle] time allowance

Thanks Stephen, I will take you upon that, my school is in Berwick 
(Clyde North) so it's not too far away.  We will be using a Windows 
version and my techo really does not have a clue so it's going to be a 
challenge for him as well.  But I love your time saving ideas.
