Better yet,

"14 of the 18 colleges surveyed were
using Moodle. Others, who were using software with an annual  
subscription of
up to £14,000 a year, felt that aspect was still not a major concern.?"

Yay Moodle, and what school wouldn't miss 14,000 pounds!
