[Moodle] wanted Ubuntu experts

There's no need to use Wubi to install Ubuntu any more. The Wubi
installation tool has been bundled with Ubuntu for a few releases now. When
you boot from an installation CD just choose to install Ubuntu within your
windows partition.

Hi Suz,

I don't fit the expert label but from experience the following might be
your best option:

1. re-establish the Windows system - preferably with the original
Windows XP CD.
2. set up your printer, network, Internet settings as required.
3. go to http://wubi-installer.org/ and download latest Ubuntu version
and run the installer as an exe file.
4. you can have a dual boot system with a minimum of fuss!!!!
5. hubby can play on Windows and you're moving forward with the rest of
the world (except DEECD)
