[Moodle] Migrating established Moodle to new server

Not a bad time to stop and consider a virtual server. There are groups
around that will set this up for you. Then you can run two servers on the
one box and copy at your leisure, then switchover when it suits you.
Migrating to new hardware is then very easy too.
