a wise man once said, why travel heavy when you can travel light ?

start simple. make up a 10 week course and put up some topics. who cares
what on.

then add a couple of resources, like word docs. upload 'em 

then enrol some kids. do this at the login. figure out how the
permissions work, and who can do what to your site

first exercise is the chat. they will work this out themselves. let 'em
chat for a bit, then say "no more"

practice using the forum. set a topic and get each kid to put something
up in the form of a pmi (pluses, minuses and interesting thing)

back you site up, then download it so it is safe

then ask questions. 

remember, once you have made a module, it is a tradable commodity. go to
roland and swap him your topic for one of his. upload it to your site
and you will have two.
