[Moodle] moodle and embedded video?

Thanks Phil, I understand that video can be embedded in moodle. I'm talking
about making it easy. Teacher uploads the video in whatever format, then its
there as a stream and as a vodcast/download. Instructions and comments at
doodles would be great to have _inside_ the video, or at least pop up at
certain time points/bookmarks.
Just testing the waters and getting some thoughts out.
