Hello everyone.  My name is Cecily Wright.  I am working for
*education.au*as an Education Officer in OzProjects and Global
Education.  I have worked
in SA Primary schools as a  classroom teacher  (1978-1994) and as a teacher
of Japanese (1995-2007).  In my current position at *education.au* I am part
of a team developing the new OzProjects website at

http://ozprojects.edu.au/

OzProjects is now a Moodle based site which means that, as well as our team
creating projects for teachers to use with their students, we are able to
provide space and support for teachers to create their own projects.  As a
Moodle based site, OzProjects are now able to include a range of
collaborative tools such as forums, chats and wikis.  My other role at *
education.au *is to promote Global Education and in particular the Global
Education website at

http://www.globaleducation.edna.edu.au

As such many of the projects we create will have a global theme.
