[Moodle] LAMS installation troubles

I had a play with it about 12 months ago but I was never sure on how to
integrate it with moodle. Mahara describes this process quite well
(here<https://eduforge.org/docman/view.php/176/3200/Mahoodle.pdf>)
so if Elgg work the same way I might revisit it but I think Mahara is a
better portfolio.
