[Moodle] Student's goals for reports

I just have a moodle assignment that allows them to edit the assignment
contents.
I extract the assignment data and clean it of any HTML, special characters
and return presses etc.
Then inport it into Markbook as a csv.

Am changing to a Portfolio version of the moodle questionnaire as this
allows restriction to text only and provides easy download of all responses
as csv without having to interrogate the SQL database.

Subject: [Moodle] Student's goals for reports

Hi Phil ( and moodlers ),

Our Curriculum manager was at a PD where your good name was mentioned as
one who has used Moodle and Markbook to link the students' goal submissions
for inclusion on the reports.
Whilst I can imagine how it could be done ( each Moodle course can have an
assignment or other submission entry ) that can then be written to the
student's class data in the Markbook SQL server with a script or similar.

Were you doing it some other way ?

Regards
