[Moodle] OT intranet gateway

True, but with that much grunt on a school file server, only IT managers
could spot the 5-10% drop off. In a way too, spare CPU cycles or HDD
activity from any one virtual server are available for use by another.

I should admit that we have two core virtual servers so we can shuffle, mix
and match processes between them to load balance, upgrade etc. Perhaps I
should admit to a third virtual server in the fireproof strongroom as a
backup server (blush).

Worth adding that with less physical hardware, fans etc. this is a solution
that will contribute less to global warming so we can all sleep better at
night, dreaming of past times when we once shoved coal into the file server
room.

Yes, I am keen to try to link up my Moodle Network. Upgrading to
version 8.1over the term break. :-)

Regards Roland
