[Moodle] Moodle 1.8 and Windows

Dear moodlers, 

 

I have just installed version 1.8 onto a Windows 2003 server. I have
transferred the data from V1.6 over as well and from what I can see, it
looks fine.

 

However (there's always a but or however) the Administration block
doesn't seem to have anything in there. I have checked that the login I
am using has been setup as administrator.

 

Any thoughts ?
