[Moodle] domain logins

Better stand alone - setup with workgroup name same as domain. Our tech has
set up log in scripts with various network settings which only kick in when
logging in to the network so that teachers don't have issues at home.

If notebooks are domain members, teachers will have issues with
administrative rights when trying to add a printer etc at home. Even off the
network, the notebook knows it's a domain member and will seek domain
authentication for some things at home. Not pretty.

Subject: [Moodle] domain logins

Hi all. This may not be the right place for this question but do all staff
notebooks have to join the school's domain or are they allowed to be stand
alone.

Thanks

Alan
