OK... apparently we are unable to use that fix...

>From my tech team
" This unfortunately is irrelevant because we are the first school to be
trialing the DMZ option. Without the DMZ option we would be unable to
host both our website and Moodle at once. The fix offered below if for
schools that have not yet enabled the DMZ option."

So thanks anyway Nic :( I just have to wait and wait some more......)
A not happy

Suzanne, does the server still have the same IP Number as previously?
Netspace should be port forwarding for external access to an internal IP
No(Redirecting traffic from an external IP No ie 203.x.x.x to an
internal IP No. 10.x.x.x). If this 10.x.x.x has changed then the
external access is lost as its trying to contact the wrong or
nonexistent server. If so either restore the IP No. and update your
internal DNS or contact Netspace and get them to change the port forward
to the new IP No.
