Thanks for the hint Darrel. I had to adjust the bit rate in Audacity to
11,022 to get it to work.

MP3 player rates.
To ensure that MP3 files are played at the correct rate, sample rates of 11,
22 or 44 kHz should be used.

When I post an MP3 to Moodle I get a replay button but it replays like a
chipmonk yet when I download it into media player it plays normally. Has
anyone found this to occur?
