Forum is a good starting point, easy to add a picture and famililar
environment. Just pick the options that dont mandate that everybody is a
subscriber. Good idea to add some guidelines about how to layout a post
(topic / body etc) and ask the users to "close" a post with an e-mail when
the item is no longer available.
