Depends on what you want to do, really. Wikispaces gives you a wiki.
Moodle gives you a complete elearning environment including wiki
functionality in there somewhere. Moodle will take some time to set
up, learn to use effectively, and train others, but give you a _lot_
of options. Wikispaces will give you a collaborative space.

Give us an idea what you want to do, and who it is aimed at.
