[Moodle] Enabling students to upload graphics into forums

Yes... Links and image handling are the worst aspects of moodle.
In wiki's the link process provided by the HTML editor won't work at all as you have to use the [text|link] format a la wikipedia.
If you send a link direct to alocal file e.g. <a href "file///h:/fred.doc etc etc, the moodle interpreter alters it to http://h/fred
etc etc so that it doesn't find the folder or file.

Things will get better as moodle develops developer support ....

I've set up the Footy tipping forum as a social class and to keep it light and fun want to enable students to upload pictures in
their posts. 
When they attempt this they see a dialog like this which seems more hindrance than help.
