[Moodle] Quikmaps

Here is an interesting cross post from another Moodle list ..

Quikmaps <http://quikmaps.com/> provides an easy way to link into Google
maps (or even Google Earth!) from within a Moodle course.  Simple HTML is
generated by the site and this can then be added to an HTML block. With a
single click on a resource item, students can then launch their way around
the world to view particular places in a way that we could only dream about
years ago.
