Hello Stephen -

I have added it to the Moodle CVS contrib repository. You will be able to download it at:
http://download.moodle.org/download.php/modules/message_enhancements_hackzip

It may not be available there for a few hours.

Please note that this is an unsupported code hack and is to be used at your own risk. Make sure you properly backup your system
before installing.
