[Moodle] Moodle Teacher Plan module for VELS

Good question .. I suspect looking over the list that Non-Standard blocks
are all the bits that dont come with a standard or default Moodle
installation. Rather like the 'extensions' used by Thunderbird or Firefox,
they can be downloaded and added in afterwards at your leisure (or peril).
There are some good ones that I can highly recommend giving a try from this
list. I can leave this for another thread perhaps.
