[Moodle] MySQL

I think Red Hat has a utility called MC (Midnight Commander). If you
type that in at the command line (log in as super user) it might make
navigation less painful. I don't think you can access the Mysql
administration page using a browser unless you use WebAdmin.

Does anyone know if you can access the administration page of mysql in
Red Hat 9 using a browser?  
 
At the moment all I can access is the terminal command line interface.
