[Moodle] A focus on connection and network forming

I stumbled across a survey about the deployment, features and satisfaction
of users with a Learning Management System. We often place an emphasis on
integration, perhaps at the price of end user satisfaction and learning
success. 

Whilst assessment, reporting, tracking and compliance are important, what
seems to be missing from most commercial LMS packages is reported to be a
focus on the most valuable part of learning online: connection and network
forming.
