IWBNet have added two new conferences to its suite of conferences in 2011.
Would you like to present at one of them?

 

IWB Solutions National Conference - Australian Technology Park, Sydney on 15
and 16 September 2011

The penetration of interactive whiteboards into Australian schools and
classrooms is still in its infancy. 

This situation provides a great opportunity for school leaders and teachers
to get together with interactive whiteboard providers and school and
classroom IWB practitioners to immerse themselves for two information filled
days to appreciate the range of interactive whiteboards on the market and
the fantastic teaching and learning opportunities these interactive
whiteboards provide.

Eighth National Interactive Teaching and Learning Conference - Ivanhoe
Girls' Grammar School, Melbourne on 11, 12 and 13 August 2011

This well established conference provides a fantastic professional
development opportunity for a broad spectrum of practising classroom
teachers and school leaders. It provides in a collegial environment quality
professional development focussed on supporting teachers to effectively and
seamlessly use IWBs and other complementary interactive digital technologies
in the classroom. Technologies, currently available and in the pipeline will
be featured.

ITL Masterclass National Conference - Twin Waters Resort, Maroochydore on 13
and 14 May 2011

This is a new conference focused on advanced and best practice interactive
teaching and learning with digital technology. The conference is not
traditional in its approach. It has been organised so that delegates
participate in Cohort Sessions, DIY Sessions and Prepared Sessions.

Fifth National Leading a Digital School Conference - Crown Conference
Centre, Melbourne on 1, 2 and 3 September 2011

This conference is a leadership conference. It is about understanding what
it takes to use digital technology and learning networks well and broadly,
to improve the quality, relevance and effectiveness of schools. Delegates
will get the opportunity to reflect on: what it takes to lead a school in
the "digital age"; the way in which our "digital age" students learn and
their digital skills; the digital capacity of the home and the parents' role
in teaching; and schools' efforts to use digital technology collaboratively,
in a networked environment.
