[Year 12 IT Apps] OMG SCARY HACKERS

It's a dilemma for all those wishing to publicise security holes.

- If you advertise the problem, you tip off bad guys who can exploit it.

- If you discover the problem but keep it quiet, the bad guys who already
know of it can continue exploiting the defenceless and unwashed masses.

There have been several cases of people being either patted on the back or
slapped on the face for choosing  each alternative.

Hmmm.
