[Year 12 IT Apps] Professional Learning Coordinator opportunity at DLTV

DLTV is seeking a professional with knowledge of ICT/Digital Technologies
7-10 curriculum. Sound knowledge of VCE IT and VCE VET ICT is essential.
This is a contracted position reporting to the Executive Officer.

 

Selection Criteria

1. An education degree with relevant and recent experience in a secondary
educational environment.

2. Sound understanding of the principles and objectives underlying learning
in Years 7 - 10 curriculum and VCE IT and VCE VET ICT.

3. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a
complex environment.

4. Demonstrated organisational, time and project management skills including
the ability to plan and implement new initiatives.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and an understanding of
the VCE IT, VCE VET ICT audience.

6. Knowledge of digital pedagogies, educational design and implementation of
curriculum.

7. A strong understanding of the resources required by Years 7 - 10
curriculum and VCE IT teachers and an ability to write resources as
required. 

At this stage, this is a contracted role, preferably 2-3 days a week until
December 2015. There is a probability to discuss the role's scope beyond
this initial contract period.
