Hi Gary - privacy now is still an issue as all edulists can be read by non-members if they know the pipermail address.

Correct me if I'm wrong....



Michael - good idea particularly if it's about sharing T&L resources (excluding exams/sample outcomes).  Question is whether people want to have more than one place to access important communications.

Hi Michael,



Thanks for taking the time to create an IT Apps Google+ Community.



My main concern relates to the privacy of what we post both now and in the future. While we may be able to create and maintain a secure community at the moment with Google+, I worry about future changes that google may make that open our communications/resources up to a wider audience (e.g. students). Perhaps I'm alone in this and just being a little paranoid, but I've been wary of what large private organisations may do with our data since watching "Terms and Conditions May Apply" (2013, http://tacma.net/).
