Hi Lisa – thanks for sending this through; much appreciated – I’ll certainly use it to check against the one I’ve set and am running next week. Did you say you’d also attached a working copy of the actual access database? I’d love to see that too. Cheers Chris

Hi Sylvia,

this is one of folios I use with my students; it doesn't have a step-by-step guide, but it covers the criteria - plus forms and reports.

Use whatever you need - I'm not sure its what you need, but may help.

I've also attached a sample database - it may have some errors in it because I use it occasionally to try things out.
