Also after a bit of digging I found you can check this in Dreamweaver CS6.



And change the speed that it reports on

Edit -> preferences -> window size

I found a link that shows time taken to download files at different internet connection speeds. It even allows for overhead of the protocol... but you just have to specify an amount yourself. I put in 50% no idea if that is accurate for web pages.

Could be good for testing part of the SAC when it's hard to simulate internet speed testing.
