For those of you using HTML5 and CSS3 code to develop your websites, here is a beginning piece, a first assignment. It has considerable guidance, mainly in the comments within the CSS file.

I have written in Scope, FRs and NFRs, constraints, and samples of two designs.

If I've made errors in any part of this, please let me know in a gentle way.
