[Year 12 IT Apps] Data type for postcode

Perhaps we should have another mailing list for post codes, judging by 
the discussion.

Given that this will impact on the marking of exams, perhaps we can 
suggest that more detail is included into the next study design so that 
there are not these discrepancies in interpretation of the study design.
