[Year 12 IT Apps] Hardware failure

About 15 years ago I got a call to service the local primary school's 
admin Lexmark laser printer after the summer hols. They said 'it just 
doesn't do anything but the power is on'. I took it apart and found the 
back half of a mummified mouse near the drum unit. I wondered what had 
happened to the other half.... At least it didn't smell.
