[Year 12 IT Apps] Teaching year 11 IT and IT applications

Hi Folks,
Why not combine the classes and run the Yr 12 version only ?
I did that with 11 Yr 12s and 7 Yr 11s this year to run Software Development.
I ran VET IT Yr 11 and 12 in the same class for many years but it was
never fair on anyone. At best students get half a teacher.
