[Year 12 IT Apps] Teaching year 11 IT and IT applications

Hi Vera,

Our numbers are down as well. 8 doing Year 11 and 5 doing ITA next year.
Was  told it was not possible to run both classes and it was suggested they get combined.
I said no. In my opinion they are similar but different courses. I did it one year with
Year 11 and 12 VET IT combined. Managed to get through it but not the best.
Mental note to myself, not to do it again. We asked some of the Year 11s to consider
doing Year 12 as Year 11 will not run. 5 agreed so there will be a class of 10 ITA students next year.
Getting students to do it is difficult, as in their words "I know everything, why should I do it?"
But this is another issue.
