I think while I agree with your general thrust Andrew, it is most
definitely the case that no one sued you into oblivion when the Arab
spring went wrong! Facebook et al leaves oh so many untested potential
legal liabilities that I will not be opening access to it via our
network for the foreseeable future. The philosophy underpinning
knowledge and communication in schools has to be tempered with exigent
reality, whether we might like it or not
