[Year 12 IT Apps] State averages for 2011 ITA exam

Hi all. I've added the state averages for last year's exam.

Also, the official answers to the multiple choice section are there
(fortunately they match my answers). The official answers at least put to
bed some of the arguments we had last year - particularly Q13 where numbers
were sorted as text.
