[Year 12 IT Apps] Cover Sheets for IT Apps Audit 2012

Hi list!

Just  wondering if anyone else doing the IT Applications audit for 2012 knows where to find the cover sheet needed for the audit submission. The email said that they would be on the Study's page, but I can't seem to find them on the VCAA website anywhere.
