[Year 12 IT Apps] Design tool proforma

So do you give these to the students during the sac. I was under the impression that the students had to choose the correct tool to help them design the site? If we gave them the proforma would this not be telling what tool to use? Sorry if this is a stupid question. 

If lots of other people are using these I will use them aswell!
