[Year 12 IT Apps] Excel and Database Activity Texts

I was just wondering if anyone knew about any good textbooks with practical activities in them for spreadsheets and databases. We use Excel and Access.

I keep reinventing scenarios and folio peices and sometimes need fresh ideas.
