It's an example of a poorly thought out question. I agree with Mark Kelly, it should be B because it asks about ensuring that employees "can check" their entitlements. Not be individually(?) alerted to changes of individual(?) entitlements, whenever(?) there is a change. Regardless of the fact that C includes the term "relevant" it is still at odds with what the question is essentially asking.

It is not very well prefaced. It would be great to get the person/s who wrote this question to come out and explain what their intention was. It could also come down to what the company policy is. Placing entitlement changes on the company intranet which is accessible 24/7 sounds like an efficient and globally sensible strategy. We at least know (or can assume) that every employee has access to the intranet yet we are only introduced to the fact(?) that all employees have a company mobile… And.. If it is an intranet that can alert users to new changes to their entitlements like a ALL modern applications aka Facebook, Twitter etc then by virtue of the fact that a change to an employees' entitlement has been made they will get an an alert sent their mobile phone.  It's all over the shop!

MC Q13 the answer was C

None of my students got this and only nine percent of the state.
